Thanks to all of you for all your help! I very much appreciate it! I was a bit behind on updating all software updates so I figured I should update them before I called and complained and after updating it seems like my battery health is up to 89%. I'll keep monitoring it and seeing if it stays that way....

38 Cycles - about a month - 97% (it was at 96% for a little, then it went back up)

This doesnt seem right, My MacBook had over 400 Cylcles and it was still at like 99% when I sold it!

Did you ever calibrate your macbook? Without calibration you tend to get "higher" reported health over time.

On another note, I dont know why people are so surprised they lost 1-2% when they calibrate the battery..its a consumable item. Then they complain about random shutdowns, etc. It doesnt stay 99% in actual performance (while reported health is the same) for forever.

I did, but it wasnt as soon as I got it. It was probably several months after I had it.
