24" iMac loud when burning discs

Hi,

my disc burner on my iMac 24" has become very loud in recent weeks. It's generally when burning but sometimes even just having a disc in at all creates a very loud vibrating noise.

Is there anything I can do?

Crank some music?

It could be just a few specific disks.

For example, there is a CD I own that when I run it, the whole desk shakes, and it makes a noise like a supercharged V8. 🙄

It's probably slightly wonky disks.
