I am looking to buy a 24" iMac, but can't decide if the faster processor (2.16 to 2.33) is worth the extra $250 and the hassle of having to order it online.

I'll be running CS3, iTunes, and an internet app, mostly.

Any advice is really appreciated.

Nope. Stick with the stock flavor. Not only is it not worth it
$ wise, but the difference between 2.16 and 2.33 is marginal.

As others have said, I'd save that $250 and spend it on some more RAM. I doubt you'll ever see a difference in the speeds.

the money towards ram would be waayyy more worth it then the proc. Adobe is ram hungry

An internet app? Sounds mysterious... Is it an evil internet app perhaps?

Paying $250 more for a CPU that's <8% faster doesn't seem to make much sense to me either. Sure, I would definitely... umm, probably... umm, wait a second...
