A friend of mine even goes so far as to say that everybody is a laptop person, but they just don't know it yet. Don't know if that's true, but for me it was.

A couple of years ago, due to an unfortunate incident I call "The Great Crash of 2007," I was without a desktop and my MacBook became my primary computer for about six months. I hated not having a desktop - I like the larger screen, better speakers, full-size keyboard and mouse, etc.
I know you can plug all these things into a laptop, but I don't want the hassle - my iMac gets by far the most use, I still use the MacBook to goof off when I'm downstairs watching TV or want to look up something quickly - but I'm still a desktop guy.
