24" LED $699@ Refurb

Well I was doing a little check of the refurb store and I noticed that the led screen which usually is 799 refurb is now going for 699. That sounds like a pretty good price for that monitor but does this mean a new one might be released soon?

Given three years between display updates in the past, a new one is HIGHLY unlikely.

Refurb because they're fully inspected, look like new, and carry full warranty.
