Congrats to mad jew for hitting 20,000! We have a G3!

irmongoose

20,000 eh?

G3 eh?

Meh, you wanna impress me mad jew? Go for a week without mentioning wine. Do that and I'll bow down but this 20k posts is just, well, beige - it has no spark, no pizzaz.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it Adelaidian... :p

Does this mean MJ and Mr Anderson are the only ones here capable of running OS X?

They'd better enjoy it while they can...they might be stuck on obsolete versions once Leopard comes out.

Of course, they'll still be leaps and bounds ahead of the rest of us.

Either that or madjew had better hurry up and post a whole lot more before the spring. :D

Congrats. ;)

Wow, thanks guys. I dunno whether I should be congratulated or commiserated though. :D

You're just angry because we have all the beautiful women and churches.

Ooooh! Now I just need to post a touch more so I can get some Altivec action. :p

Adelaide? We've had more trouble with people from Adelaide. :p

Perhaps, we should just ban you and then, see how much action you get. :D

Also, I object to it being "G3", I think 750 is better. :p

Yeah, I have to say I'm a bit surprised it's named G3. I woulda thought 750 or whatever would fit in more with MacRumor's naming scheme.

what happens after C2D or Xeon? does MJ get names of proposed chips? or do the gods give up and give him god status? :p

Eep.

What's the opposite of God? :D

Well, if you think about it, G3 does fit in. 68020, 601 etc were all names that Apple used when selling the associated systems. G3 was also the name that Apple used :)
