Ordered mine 4.00 pm Thai time 30th. Just got info, 'preparing to ship' ( I was given 24-27th Dec delivery). Looks like it will be here very soon Yippee!!! been waiting since March!!
( 27" i7 3.4/3TB fusion/2GB GPU)

Same here kub, was given the delivery date 21 Dec - 26 Dec. And now it is on the status "preparing for shipment". Wish to get it this week hehe 😱

Mine is shipping from Shanghai and UPS shows a delivery of the 17th (not 19th as Apple shows).

Mine finally went to: Preparing for Shipment. Ordered about 3am. Yay!

I assume once it goes to the "preparing for shipment", that means its built and has to be boxed. Accessories added, plastic put on, etc. Depending on volume, that area could be backed up and it sit waiting for a day or two - but I hope not.
