27" iMac new internal drive

Have 2 drives, 4TB SSD and 2TB FireCuda drive. Is the 4TB drive too much for the system to use internally, or would the newer drive(2TB) be the one to choose. I currently have 1TB hard drive in system

Well if it was a 2006 iMac maybe it will be too much, but not for a 'recent' model which often come stock standard with a 3TB Fusion drive. Helps if you provide Mac model details.
