27 inch what version

Hi,
i am gona preorder an imac 27 inch with fusion hard drive but i am not shure what processor. I would not consider the faster processeor but it is the only way to be able to get the faster graphic card. Can somebody please help me ?
I am not doing fancy stuff on the mac. Just surfing, adobe pdf creation, video player ...

if you just use it for the tasks you stated above then the base 27" model will be perfectly fine!
