might get a new monitor for my 2018 mini, I have a 22" going to go up to a 27"
this one Maybe
,
,

I wear glasses to read, and use the monitor I have now
the monitor is 20-24 inches from my eyes

is a curved monitor going to be a frustration at that distance?

Im not a gamer, basicly email , groups like this-diffrent subjects, and alot of utubing learning about food and repairing things

thank you
John

IMO the ergonomic/comfort benefits of a curved monitor don't really exist unless it's 30"+. But in the setup you describe I don't think it would be a hinderance either. Most people get used to the curve quite quickly if they are using it full time.

1920x1080 at 27" is not really a conventional monitor specification for macOS though. Usually it should be 2560x1440 at 27" like the old iMac was.

and does best buy or wall-fart sell a monitor your suggesting ? for roughly the same price
200-250 is my max cash i have for a new mo
monitor dont care what it is just that it WORK right and looks RIGHT and i can go and pick it up
hence walfart or best buy

IMO Craigslist a monitor. Despite being a decade old, my Dell U3011 and U2410 still are great contenders even today.
We have a curved 30 in the office and personally, it doesn't really make much sense to me.
