My phone is almost 2 years old and i want to change out the battery because it barely lasts a couple hours. I am certainly not paying $80 that Apple wants but I found a battery with 2800mah (double the original) and was wondering if there would be issues putting that in there as opposed to the OEM one.

    Ideas? Thoughts?

If the battery really is 2800mAh, then I would assume there is going to be a difference in size from the original 1400mAh battery that came with your 4s, causing a discrepancy when you go to put the back plate back on.

Yeah easy-peasy, I thought there would be a difference in size but I contacted the seller and they said it was the same size.

Yeah the built in batteries. They seem pretty easily replaced.

Exactly what I was looking for but couldn't find. Thanks!
