298Kbps download from iTMS...???

I downloaded a song from iTMS that says it was encoded at 298 kbps by FLAAC (see attachment). Anyone else see things like this?

a few random songs have popped up like this every now and then, including one album that we found. do a search of the forums if you want even more info
