I have a 2nd Generation shuffle, the ones before the colored ones came out but still the one with the anodized aluminum finish. Whenever I try to play it I get both lights showing green and thats it. Nothing else. I have tried holding the play button to get it off of hold and nothing happens. I have resotred it in iTunes. I ran all the tests in Disk Utility and it passed all of them. I am baffled as to what could be wrong with it. If anyone knows help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Alot.

Yea I have tried that, but thanks for saying that becuase sa you said the easiest solutions are the ones that everyone seems to skip over. So I guess I'll have to send it in to Apple and see what they have to say.
