If I purchase a Apple TV 2 and it comes with 5.2 or 5.2.1, can it still be jailbroken even though I don't have 5.2 or 5.2.1 on my computer? Or do u have to upgrade to 5.3? Thanks in advance - using seas0npass.

I did it with iFaith and Sn0wbreeze without SHSH blobs. IFaith is able to extract out the blobs.
Only limitation is you can only jailbreak with whatever current version your ATV2 is at right now.
