2nd Generation iPod Nano question.

New to iPods, and just bought one for my girlfriend.

In iTunes it says that it is formatted for Windows. Is there any problem with this, and how can I format it for Mac?

No there isn't.

Resetting the iPod in iTunes will cause it to be Mac-formatted. However, since the Mac version can deal with Windows iPods just fine, I wouldn't bother. The reverse is not true.
