Hi,

I just noticed that my mom‘s profile suddenly isn’t there anymore on my Apple TV 4K. No one of us changed any settings which could have caused this. We checked the Home app on both of our iPhones and according to the app my mom‘s profile is added to the Apple TV. Toggling the switch to add the profile off and back on didn’t help and neither did a restart of the Apple TV.

I‘m running tvOS 13.3 and we’re both running iOS 13.3.

Anyone else also has this problem and knows a fix?

The exact same thing happened me to two days ago. Like the OP I have tried the usual restarts and various other efforts. The missing profile is fully functioning on Homekit and all other related devices, including HomePod voice recognition.

My guess is this is an Apple server side issue and I will post a report today.

EDIT: Typo
Just to close this off. Apple Support had no records of this being an issue. Their solution was to sign into the Apple User New account on ATV, bypassing the Home method. While solving getting a 2nd profile back, it was not how the Home app method should work.

In the end, I removed the 2nd profile from my Home App (iPhone) and then re-invited the user after a short wait. The user accepted all the invitation Q&A and returned on Apple TV (2nd profile) and with no issues to other Home integration.

Thx, i have two members gone missing on all atv`s🤔 see if it works with reinvite
 
This happened to me ahile back and I fixed it by signing out of icloud and back in on the apple tv's.
Just happened again this past week, so annoying and I have not resolved it yet
 
This issue happened to me too. I hope it's fixed with 13.3.1. If not, I'll remove them from the home app and re add.
 
I have had this issue again. I tried singing out of iCloud and back in but it didn’t resolve my issues.

Trying the remove from home route now...
