2TB speed/NAND configuration in M2 Mac Mini Pro

Has anyone had an opportunity to benchmark or open up a 2TB Mac Mini Pro? I am wondering if it is just 2 1TB NAND chips and slow, or 4 or 8 NAND chips?

Well googling an M2 Mini 2TB review then then reported 5000Mbps for 2TB model indicating 4 NAND.
The Single NAND manages only an impossible to use 1500Mbps only.

Noise? What noise? 🤓 I’m coming from a late 2014 iMac 5k which sounds like a jet engine when under stress.
