Hello,
I have a 2wire Qwest DSL USB Adapter that I'm trying to hook up to my wifes Mac Mini. I have connected the adapter to her Windows Vista laptop, configured it, and am able to connect to the router.

However when I bring it in, and connect it to the mac mini it doesn't do anything. I tried to run the CD given to me by QWEST, but of coarse it sucks for mac users.

Can someone please help me, and stear me in the right direction? I tried to create a new connection under the "Network" area of System Preferences. However I don't see how to set up a USB connection.

This is a link to the adapter. Of coarse they don't give an directions for Mac.

Hi, I'm using a Sitecom 54 g Turbo Wireless USB Adapter and it works fine with my Mac Mini. I understand it's a similar product to what you're using.

The drivers/software I use in both OS X Tiger and Leopard can be found here:
http://www.sitecom.com/drivers_result.php?groupid=5&productid=526 5Mb download.

The software isn't made my Sitecom as far as I can tell. It seems like generic software that gets these kind of adapters to work.

Give it a try as it may well work for you.
