2x512MB C2D iMac Memory: Type? How Much?

Thinking of upgrading to 2GB, selling the 2x512MB that came with my recent C2D 17" iMac.

I got this question... 😱

"Hey are these SO-DIMMs (laptop size) or Full Size DIMMs?"


Which is it? I'm selling it $100 CAN, is that fair/alright?

If you're upgrading your memory, I would damn well hope you know what's in it!!! Anyway...they're SO-DIMMs, DDR2-667 (PC2-5300). I'm not sure about the price, it seems a touch high (USD$85) for two sticks of used 512MB, but I'm not an expert on RAM pricing these days.
