Yeah some of my keyboard have gone through everything and survived. My sister spilled ice tea in one, and I took it apart, pulled apart the key-sensor sheet, and got all the tea off of the circuit lines, and it worked! Probably just cleaning with Qtips and water or (rubbing) alcohol should fix you up.
