3.0 bricked my iPhone

I am not a developer or registered user of the SDK. I did get the SDK and 3.0 beta 2 from a developer to do testing of a new app featuring push. I am now bricked and am not sure if I need to enter something at Apples site or if the Developer needs to register me as a tester? I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere in here, but I can't find it. Please Help....🙁

Give the developer your Device ID and have them register it in the Devices section of the iPhone Developer Program Portal.
