In the iTunes Store settings, the Terms of Service button has the text not properly aligned with the button. It looks damn ugly:

I don't think so. that misalignment pops out like a sore thumb. looks really ugly...

I would not consider that a bug. A bug would be an OS error that degrades performance on the iPhone.
