3.0 Exchange email trouble

Just wanted to find out if anyone else is having problems with exchange email in 3.0. I had 2.2.1 before and the email would push rather quickly to my phone. With 3.0 I don't get emails unless I actually open the mail application. I added and removed my echange account several times and even restored my phone. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Exchange is humming along just fine for me. I get the little 'chim' within seconds of an email being received by the server.

Did you restore from backup when you updated to 3.0 ? If so the cleanest way to do it woudl be to set up a new phone.
