3.0 “Failure to Activate Cellular Data Network" error AT&T

I just upgraded my wife to 3.0 and she is getting a “Failure to Activate Cellular Data Network" error. I've tried to reset the network and also clear all history and cookies but no luck.

any other suggestions?

Ive seen this on a 1st gen and 2nd gen iphones. so your not alone. this is random and one of the reasons i couldnt believe this GM was the publicly released version.....

That fixed my 2g. I selected the Tmo epc, not US Cingular and it got me back online.
