O2 don't seem to be offering the update in the UK yet, on reading some posts is it only a few people in the US that have got this??

You don't get it from O2.

If you're not an App Developer, save yourself the £59. You'll be able to get the complete OS around June time for free 🙂

3.0 will be released in the summer. right now to get it, you need to pay £59 to get the SDK, which is used to develop applications
