iPod touch 3.0 On Two Touches

I was wondering if I download 3.0 on iTunes, will it work on two touches?, or will I have to buy 3.0 again?

i think it only works on one, you pay $10 bucks and upload, then the upload software disapears. sorry man.

As long as both devices are linked to the same account it should, I updated a 2g and 1g Touch through iTunes and was only charged once.

I did exactly the same thing and only got charged once as well.
