If I remember correctly, they released OS 2.0 around 10AM pacific time last year. So I am guessing the same for OS 3.0.

I don't think it was 10 AM Pacific time as I remember as I was reading MR in line to get my 3G that 2.0 was released and I am an East Coast person.
