Unlikely. The Pre is supposed to be released May 17th.

The calendar on my wall, targeted to North American audiences, lists the first day of Summer as June 21 2009, and the first day of Autumn as September 22 2009, allowing for a slightly wider range of possible dates. (They probably wouldn't want to push it too late in the season though.)
