I've decided to go for the 3.06GHz iMac (not the Mac Pro), but I'd like to know which graphics card I should choose.

The ATI Radeon HD 4850 is only $50,- more, and according to the benchmarks this card performs quite a bit better than the GT 130. But will this work will Snow Leopard's OpenCL and will it have other drawbacks?

What is the best choice?

Now I don't have particular experience with this, but if you have the money I would get the ATI 4850. Generally ATI drivers in OS X are much better than Nvidia drivers because ATI writes them, while Apple writes the Nvidia drivers. There shouldn't be any issues with Open CL in the future and I don't think there would be any other drawbacks.

The GT130 is a 9600M GSO. Barely faster the the 9600M GT in the Macbook Pro. Go with the ATI card. Faster, and better drivers.
