3.1.2 MMS not working! Help

Not sure what is wrong, but when I turn on MMS and go into my text messaging area, I can type, but I can't hit the send button. So for some odd reason it's not working. I did the restore and everything still no go. Any ideas?

When you restored the phone did you set it up as new or restore from a backup? Also try turning the MMS off and then on again.
