3 finger swipe for firefox and chrome

    in snow leopard i was able to swipe with three fingers to go back when browsing. Now I cant with lion. I guess apple wants everyone to use safari from now on.

    No, it seems like Firefox and Chrome aren't fully compatible with Lion yet. Anyway, using the free BetterTouchTool you should be able to make a 3 finger gesture for Firefox and Chrome.

    It works. Go to the trackpad settings and select swipe with 2 or 3 fingers for the swipe between pages setting.

    Wow...

    I read the title of this and was thinking you meant 2 finger swipe...

    But then I swiped with 3 fingers...

    I had no idea it did that! Amazing...:p
