Thanks for the heads up... about the UK one, don't you have to be a resident of the UK to get those songs?

Yes and no. They will send you the code no matter where you live, but you can't redeem it in anything but the UK iTunes store.

I did it anyways and mailed the code to a guy on the forum from the UK who was nice enough to give me a US code from the GAP promo.

If you have a code for free songs you can create an account in that store without needing a credit card or other form of payment so no address. I got my acount in the US store from the Pepsi promo and now my account in the UK from this promo.

nor have I. My filled mine out moments before my first post on this thread.
I haven't gotten my codes either, but the person who was the original poster said he got his 2 days later...seeing as how mine has yet to pass the 2 day mark i still think there's 'hope'. But hey even if it takes a week its 6 free songs (2 email accounts). :D

With our lucks... this is a big scam somehow (not attacking orginal poster in ANY way) and all of our identities are owned.

 Oh yeah, I'm sure Geico is conspiring against MR users. totally logical. :p

My code just came through a few minutes ago...I don't remember exactly when I filled out the info for the quote, but it was soon after this thread popped up.

you never know... they do like to rip their customers off, why not those seeking a simple quote??? and it could have been a fake site.

d'oh. This weeks song code expired last night! :(

i wonder when they'll send me my next code

oh, and btw - you don't need to be a UK resident to get these. just make some **** up..
dont worry the songs were garbage except for Kubb's song. It was 3 lousy dance groove songs, a lousy song by The Cure, and this good piano song which was the Kubb one i liked. ;)

Yaay! Haven't had internet for a few days and I got the email and the code for the 3 songs. :D

Yeah, just got mine today too. But hey, what do you expect for free? I'm not switching to Geico though. 21st Century is cheaper. Let them spam my e-mail account all they want, I used my Hotmail address. :p I got a bunch of songs from Western Union too. Not switching to them either. Thanks for the songs fellas. :D

Opps I just did this free thing 2nite. Guess I won't get it. At least I used my fictious identity :)

Get USAA if you can! Not everyone qualifies (you or your parents or grandparents must have been in the military or had a USAA account) but if you can get it you won't regret it.

Have to check this out. Thought it was only for active dependents, and retired/discharged vets.
