Hello, im on latest 10.11.3 with a Mid 2014 Retina MBP. I was editing photos in Lightroom, also having Capture 1 and Opera running some TV Streaming using Adobe Flash.

During some editing in Lightroom I got a black screen, restart. Kernel Panic. After restart I said reopen all apps. Again black Screen and restart. And again.

I therefore said do not open last applications and my system is "ok" again. Does anyone know what happened here?

First, perform the Apple Diagnostics routine: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202731

I have a late-2013 rMBP that had issues a couple of months ago, and the routine figured it out for me - a failed memory module...

Opera was the first app that started bringing down my Mac, followed by Chrome, both during video viewing. I don't use Flash, using Chrome's built-in plug in. Both apps were attempting to access my memory, but only 8 of the 16GB were functioning properly. Apple replaced the faulty module (which requires a motherboard replacement) and installed a new battery and bottom case while they were at it. I'd guess that's what's going on with your Mac... Good luck.

Besides the diagnostics, you should try memtest. It does more thorough testing of the RAM.
http://www.memtest86.com/

If the RAM tests and other diagnostics are OK, and you recently had software changes, it's probably some software. In the report you had, Opera was the application running when it crashed. LittleSnitch has been known to cause problems, as has Flash. When did you update to El Capitan 10.11.3 and how does that correspond to the kernel panics? If you updated when 10.11.3 came out and haven't done software updates/installs recently and the problems just happened today, it's more likely hardware. Otherwise, test individually avoiding Opera/Flash/LittleSnitch and then with each software individually and see what happens.

I have recently installed Opera, and Flash. But It has been running a week or so no problems. Only today I got 3 crashes. The crashes continued when I said reopen Apps from last session.

When I did a fresh restart it worked again.

Apple Diagnostics turned out with to errors. I will do the mem test

When u say Opera was bringing it down, it makes it sound its still hardware related even though Opera caused it?

How did they find out it reeally was the ram module?

I responded to your PM. I ran the test a couple of times when the kernel panics started with Opera and Chrome, and was informed that there were no problems. After a few weeks, when the kernel panics became more regular - with Opera and Chrome not running at all, I ran the Diagnostic again and was informed of the memory module failure.

I own a small company. The Mac I'm referring to is my own, and there are a few others like it in my company that have followed the same kernel/hardware failure path. See my PM - the Diagnostic took a few weeks of running it to report the module failure. Be patient, and back up your work!

thanks so much, already answered.

How many people are we taking about that had this happen, and whats the time frame between the start of first kernel panics to the failure?

I uninstalled opera and flash. no issues so far... as i also did not have issues before.

Im afraid though, that everyone keeps saying

Machine-check capabilities

means bad ram? is that 100 percent?

Take a look at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5456434?tstart=0

Look at the response by Linc Davis about the possibilities of the "Machine-check capabilities". There were several possibilities discussed. I don't see how one could say 100% that it's memory. If it's memory but you're not getting a error with memtest, eventually you'll see problems recur and memtest should be able to find it. If you're concerned, have memtest run a large number of tests runs (more than the suggested 3).
