Long story short, I bought a pair of BeatsX in April which came with a '3 months free Apple Music' offer card, which when redeemed was actually £29.97 iTunes credit. This factored into my decision to buy as I already had Apple Music, so was effectively £30 off the earphones. I still haven't been able to get it.

I registered them on 11th April using the code. The site didn't work and I didn't get my Apple Music code. @BeatsSupport were aware of this and were advising people to try again at a later time.

So I try at least ten times over the next month, and it still doesn't work. I go to try it again a few days ago and it says the offer has now ended (there was no end date on the card or in the T&Cs, although they've now added it into the small print on the site).

The other day I have spoke to web chat who have passed me to phone support who have passed me to a senior advisor, who was a very nice gentleman, but he says the offer ended on 19th May and there's nothing they can do.

This just strikes me as very poor, and very un-Apple. Has anyone else been caught out by this, and is there someone else I can escalate it to or email?
