Hey guys, im new to mac so i have 3 questions, dont worry, i done alittle bit of research on this site before i post this. Please be patient

1.How do i transfer contents from my other windows computer here? Especially the paid applications? Or should i just go download 1 by 1 again from itunes? (i know i got to download some kind of mod stuff but is that necessary?)

2.Is secure empty trash really unrecoverable?

3.Will get i my money back from itunes if an app i purchased is removed? (the app is "who has the biggest brain?"

    thanks in advance

    1. I'm not entirely sure this is possible, you could try copying and pasting the folder with the apps, but when I tried that between my 2 Macs I have at home I had some problems with it...
    2. Yes.
    3. No.

Secure empty trash replaces all data by zeroes or ones, instead of just deleting the table of content entry. This is not recoverable by most recovery software, however specialists might still be able to recover it. If you're really paranoid, you have to initialize your drive with the security option "7 pass" or "35 pass". It does take very long however.

I am guessing this is dealing with an iPod touch or iPhone. Well it is easy. Simply when you connect the iPod touch/ iPhone to your mac choose transfer purchases under the device on the left side of the screen. This will transfer all your applications from your device to your new mac. This can be done in windows version of iTunes as well as if you use more than one computer.
