3 x 4 + 1 x 16 gb ram on nmp

no the 16gb ram is not compatible with the rest of the ram.

cause 4 & 8gb are Unbuffered (UDIMM)

while 16 is Registered (RDIMM)

so you can mix 4 & 8gb but just not 16gb

The nMP can run on 1, 2, 3 or 4 sticks of unmatched RAM, so yes.

Incorrect, the 16GB sticks are not compatible with the 4GB and 8GB memory modules. The 4GB and 8GB memory modules can be mixed.
