3 Year John Lewis Warranty

Looking at the John Lewis website, they are offering a free three year warranty on all MacBook Pros until 9 April. Seems like a good deal, as I am considering buying the new 13" rMBP.

Anyone any experience if making a claim on a John Lewis warranty?
