Ironically, the Cell was co-developed by Sony and IBM (And Toshiba? I have no idea), and Microsoft got the Xenon without having to really do any expensive R&D themselves.

The xbox 360 is the closest you will get probably, you can "run" OS X on it after all.

How its done is don't know. I can't find it anywhere. But I thought I read a how to years ago. Maybe MS had it pulled?
