Should work just fine with the nMP. You will need to get the display port adaptor to connect to the TB ports.
I love my 30" ACD. I hope Apple will have an update for it this year with 4k res and PLEASE !!!!! matte option. :D

If you'd like to give one to a good home I'll happily send you the cash to send it to the UK!

(how much can it cost to send to the UK, right?! :D )

may be late in answering but i am not sure what you are referring to with the "You will need to get the display port adaptor to connect to the TB ports." portion.

In order to connect a 30" ACD to the nMP you need a Dual Link Adapter. The cheap, single will work, however, it will max at 1280 x 800. The dual link adapter gives the ACD to hit the 2560x1600. The dual link adapter takes the dvi and usb cable and from the adapter, a usb and display port able connect to the nMP, so you lose 1 of the 4 usb port and 1 of the 6 thunderbolt ports for the ACD
