A local guy has the 30 inch ACD for $100. I am thinking of picking it up for my 16 inch MBP. It is the upgraded version that goes up to 400 nits of brightness. I have seen several pictures and everything works and the screen is evenly lit. Anything I should watch out for before I make the purchase? Thanks!

Look for scratches on the screen. Do full screen images of solid green, blue, red and black. Which makes it easy to spot stuck/dead pixels. Black also to check for light bleed.
You'll need an USB-C to dual-link DVI adapter to run it at full resolution.

Well I made the purchase and it is truly a thing of beauty. Unfortunately there is some yellowing on both sides that I didn’t notice at the sellers house! Argh!
