I get 25% discount on data on all lines. 25% discount on voice(primary line). And 50% off equipment and accessories.
My corporate discount got 'upgraded' last month. Still 15%, but now it's being taken off of iPhone data as well. Before, it wasn't. Didn't make any account changes other than switching the unlimited family texting to the unlimited family texting/mobile calling.
nope it doesn't apply to my unlimited iphone data plan. It does apply to the 2GB and 200 mb though
Looks like every corporate discount structure is different. I get discounted on the unlimited and 2gb data, but not the 200mb.... weird!
how do you get so much of a discount? They only give military a 15% and I think that is only off of the minutes, no data or text discounts.
I found out about AT&T's Small Business Employee Discount.
If you work for a small business that uses AT&T (and ours does) - you get 6% off your entire wireless bill...

What won't help is the price increase when you go from Tmo. I miss their low prices sometimes.
Our FAN discount is 23% off the voice plan only.
Extra lines, Data and Text are still full price.
Pretty pathetic when one takes into account the fact that we have over 20K phones on contract with them.
We have more than that on Verizon and their discount is worse. (15% off of voice only)

Is it wrong for me to feel that the military discount should be more then 15% off of voice only. Especially when I see some people are getting 20-25% off.

There are minimums for both like you cant do it with the senior discount cheap plans etc. Also verizon for my calculations with low minutes, lowest # texts w/o paying for each text and say a data plan of 200-300mb is about the same price as att. Att prices just start out higher.

Yeah who knows! I actually get it through my university and many get it through their companies so who knows....
No. Active should get 30+ IMO. Retired I can see going to 15. Kind of a slap in the face if you ask me.
Bottom line is: it depends on the corporation and the discount they negotiated. Every corporate discount is different, and it depends on how big the corporation is and that kind of relationship AT&T has with them.
So, some FANs will include discounts on data plans, text messaging and add-ons. Others, it's only for voice.
