No. Only 120 mm ones.
For 80 mm and smaller CDs and DVDs you need a CD/DVD drive with a TRAY, as slot drives are not meant for such small CDs.

They are reportedly a royal pain in the tushie to get out if you mistakenly stick them into the slot. You would need an external trey loading reader for it to work.
