From what I understand the main reason the kernel in SL boots into 32-bit is because of potential 32-bit kernel extensions.
Is there a way to find out what kernel extensions a machine has and whether those are 32 or 64 bit extensions? This way I could figure out if I should boot with 32 or 64 bit kernel.
Thanks, Scott.
