32-bit Preference Panes

Just prepping for the Lion release, and am wondering if 32-bit preference panes are still supported?

I use something called "Do Something When" that I adore, and I'm hoping that it will run under 10.7. Thanks!
 
Yes 32-bit preference panes are still supported. I still use Geektool 2 which always opens in 32-bit mode and still works perfectly fine in Lion.
