iPod touch 32 GB iPod Touch

Of course next iPod touch revision gonna have at least 32gb. There are already mp3 players with built in 32gb flash memory on the market, like creative ZEN. I think next year we're gonna see iPod touch 32gb and iPod touch 64gb versions.

lol more like 16 and 32 i bet. the 16gb version uses 2 8 gig chips. this is becasue of the price of a single 16 atm

A 32gb flash touch is not possible yet, but a 32gb flash iPod Mini and/or 1-6 gen ipod is possible. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211244

Actually Duke the Creative Zen 16gb is using one 16gb chip and the 32gb model is using two 16gb chips. Sandisk, Sony(in Asia), and Cowon also have devices that are 16gb and they are all one single chip.
