I think they refer as they guarantee that the memory should work with the computer. Anyone thinks is safe to order the 64GB ram here?

Look up Global Memory Procurement Corp, which apparently owns that site; also, the owner, one Michael Johnson, who has a profile on LinkedIn. They say that they’ve been in business for over 20 years.

The odd thing is that there appears to be no discussion about this company on Internet forums about computers, except for a post on AnandTech some time ago asking the same question that you are. The guy didn’t get a direct answer, although if I recall there are one or two responses about purchasing from the usual, well-known sources.

For what it’s worth, here’s my personal view on this...

In 2019, I’m going to purchase RAM from a well-known vendor. In the case of 32GB modules, and being based in the U.S, I’ll include checking out ex-VAT pricing from Europe, because recent prices there appear to be better than U.S. prices*. This could result in purchasing ex-VAT from Europe or waiting for U.S. prices to fall into line. Also, if I’m not in a hurry, there is an overarching consideration, which is that many people think that the price of RAM will come down significantly in 2019.

* If you do a search, you’ll find an entire recent thread on European pricing for 32GB RAM modules.
