3440 x 1440 on 2012 Mac Mini

The mac mini should be able to drive it. my rMBP 2012 could drive it @ 60Hz

Wouldn't mind knowing the answer if anyone cares to say.

Consider the Samsung or Dell monitor to run on a 2012 MacMini6,2 and curious to know if:

• Can the Minis drive these at 3440x1440?
• Is it via TB or HDMI?

Get the samsung, works fine at that res and is running DP on mine. I got the Dell but its back light bleed is shocking, going back.

Would it be a stretch to get you to try HDMI for me? Just if you happen to have the cables, time and will to do so.

Only ask because the 6,2s I'll be running will have a TB-to-Ethernet adapter occupying the slot.

For some reason I get no picture with HDMI cable, maybe because I am running 10.10.3 beta? 😕
