Some videos don't have 720p or 1080 or maybe I just have slow Internet, but when videos are played in 360 they look out of color and a bit pixelated (but look beautiful in 1080). Yes a lot of videos do use 720 now, but some videos maybe a bit old or a bad camera.
Is their a way Fix this?

It's the evolution of technology which makes everything before look terrible! Back in 2006, 360p was the high quality because our eyes were not exposed to "HD" yet. Eventually when all monitors have high resolution like the Retina, 360p will be the new 240p.

Not really, the issue is the source. It is akin to watching a standard def broadcast on a HD tv... except the retina display is more like a imax display in comparison. There's no way to artificially up the resolution of the source material, unless the uploader were to upload a higher def version. It doesn't help that even on their "HD" feeds, youtube compresses everything to hell.

Of course they look terrible in 360p. Go look at 360p in every other laptop or computer of any kinda and you will see the same thing. Hell even on an iPhone or iPad 360p is terrible, its just the fact that you have a resolution of 360x480. Its a horrible resolution that will never be able to look good on a screen thats 15" large and has literally over 100x the amount of pixels

While I agree that it is a terrible resolution, a lot of people don't notice. A lot of people can't tell the difference between SD and HD resolutions (can't imagine how, but they don't). It is a common complaint from people who don't get the point of paying more for BluRay vs DVD. The retina display will only enhance the difference, hence why he may just have finally noticed just how bad 360p is.

I like to think the retina display will lead to many HiDPI displays in laptops across the industry, forcing the internet to adapt with new content to fulfill the new expectations of consumers. Apple lead the way with doing away with floppy discs, optical drives, ultra books, and maybe now HiDPI.

360p looks like crap on pretty much any display. Even on my 1440x900 external monitor 480p can look pretty bad sometimes.
