iPhone 365 day certificate for Electra

Is this special or normal? My understanding was that the certificate needs to be resigned every 7 days but my certificate won’t expire until July 2019...

I signed up for a free account only. Is that all it takes to extend the certificate from 7 days to 365? If so, seems like something everyone should do to avoid the 7 day certificate headaches.
