Well really happy to see things moving for some people. Wonder if orders are still moving now or if its done for the day. Oh well. I leave for vacation tomorrow. Hope my watch is waiting when I get back!!
I know! I am actually leaving for a trip in 2 hours and wont be back til late Sunday.. Hopefully it comes early Monday morning since it didn't make it today!
EDIT: *Also, I checked my Apple Support Profile and it is NOT in there yet just in case someone is wondering!
* NO tracking info on UPS either, tried the whole reference # trick and I looked via my UPS myChoice account.. Nothing yet!
Yeah, it was really rough to see absolutely no movement for such a long time. Glad things are rolling, albeit slowly.
My confirmation emails were at xx:33 and I was still in the second tier (5/13 - 27) for the 38mm SG but in the June tier for the 42mm SG. (Alarm clock didn't wake me up!)
I actually ordered one of each because I wasn't sure of which size I wanted. I think that a lot people did that. I'm surprised that I have not heard more complaints on how Apple handled that aspect of this process - I would have thought that the try-on period would have happened two weeks before the pre-orders started to reduce the numbers of people ordering one of each size. Now, my hope is that folks start canceling their 38mm SG orders so that I can get mine faster because that's one that I will keep.

Maybe someone can fill me in, I see some 38 space grey orders with a time stamp of even XX:05 in the wave 1 shipping (granted they are in holding still). I live in the Midwest, my order is time stamped XX:04 and got the May 13 wave 2 shipping estimate. Any thoughts? Confirmed with Apple on my time stamp. Maybe some people on the board are misinformed about theirs? But even then, they are getting the email resetting expectations of the delivery window. When the May 13 crowd isn't...
I've been curious about that too. I'm a XX:04:57 in the first window. I'm wondering if the windows were generated by the app store process, and stuck no matter how long you took to order? But I'm guessing the orders will still process according to the time it hit their system, regardless of your window.
I did mine through the app store, too. What's strange is that it is when it was completed. my email received confirmation in that minute. I also had everything set up, favorite, Apple Pay complete. What part of the country are you in?
I'm in Seattle. I thought I was in and done in just seconds too. But I'm sure there are limitations to the system, and I'm guessing processing the orders was queued, but still on a first-come-first-serve basis. So, the confirmations seem to be the real time to watch.
Also, the orders with movement seems to be progressing by the order time, per model, regardless of other factors.

I used App Store and apple pay, I'm in 4/24-5/8 and my time stamp is xx:02:26 and I got PFS today as well as a hold on my bank account ( I posted a page or so back about it) just trying to help add any info I can.
Edit: Also I live in Missouri if that makes a difference haha.

I haven't been following any other threads... When should we expect it to ship and get the tracking info if it just went to preparing for shipment this morning?
You have the most recent timestamp I've seen anyone confirm leave the "processing items" stage for this model.
My account now shows Shipped with a UPS tracking number that doesn't show anything in terms of when it will be delivered or where it's coming from.

3:02 EST. just got a shipping email now.. Says arriving on the 27th in the email but UPS not showing yet
:01. I did get the EOD the other night even after they charged me for AppleCare on Wednesday afternoon.
Got charged this morning.
Just now got the shipping email. Says it delivers by Monday.
Sounds like Monday is when the first person in the US is getting this watch then. Starting to question whether I'll get my 12:04 order next week even.
